At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wall panels are not the perfect fit for your home, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the wood panels in their original protective wrap and box to prevent any scratches or structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the panels are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
